Orders and Customization

How can I customize my product?

You can enter your pet's name and upload a photo directly on the product page. After completing the customization, you can add the product to your cart and complete the purchase.

Can I see a preview of my project?

Yes! For most products, an automatic preview will appear after you add your name and image. If the preview doesn't appear, our team will manually review your design before production.

Can I change my order after payment?

Since our products are made to order, changes can only be made within 6 hours of payment. If you require any alterations, please contact us as soon as possible at info@miwouf.com .

Shipping and Delivery

To which countries do you deliver?

We deliver to all countries in the European Union, with a focus on Portugal.

How long does delivery take?

Since each product is manufactured individually, the average production time is 3 to 5 business days. Shipping usually takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on the destination.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can use this number to check the delivery status online.

Payment and Returns

What payment methods are accepted?

Can I return personalized products?
