How can I customize my product?
You can insert your pet's photo directly onto the product page. Once you've finished customizing it, you can add the product to your shopping cart and place your order.
Can I see a preview of my design?
Yes! For all products, an automatic preview is displayed after you add the image. If the preview doesn't appear, our team will manually review your design before production.
Can I return a personalized product?
Since our items are personalized, they cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect or a customization error on our part. In that case, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
